2 Miyazaki Heritage House - Lillooet

Lillooet's Miyazaki Heritage House is a must see. Built in the late 1880s, it features fine craftsmanship and Victorian architecture. The house and property was a gift to the community of Lillooet from the late Dr. Miyazaki. His office and examination room has been preserved as he left it, including fascinating medical instruments of days gone by. Art from local artists and artisans is on display at the house, some of which is for sale. During the summer, outdoor music concerts and other events are held at the house and grounds on a regular basis. Wednesday evenings feature local and out of town musicians, singers and bands.
