Pizza Nights will run every Sunday evening from Father's Day, June 17th to September 23rd, with a different selection of pizzas and a new local musician every weekend. The eatery opens at 5pm for dinner, and live music runs from 6 to 8:30pm. We recommend making a reservation for Pizza Night, as they can be quite busy. A crafter's and farmer's market that contributes to a sense of social and economic vibrancy to the Kootenay Boundary area, on Saturdays from 9:00 am-2:00 pm, beginning June 16. The Flea Market is every 3rd Saturday and features vintage and antique collectibles.

At the market, you find some of the freshest fruits, vegetables, meat, homemade canning goods and eggs. Talented local artisans and artists sell a variety of arts, crafts, illustrations, natural body products, tie dye apparel, one of a kind jewelry, local artisan wine and spirits. Food trucks also on-site each week.

There's also lots of entertainment, dancers, story time, activities for kids and live art painting. Great vibes all around!

The Museum of Anthropology (MOA) at UBC presents a groundbreaking collaboration between six First Nations Communities with the illuminating new exhibition Culture at the Centre, on display from March 18 - October 8, 2018. Co-curated by Jill Baird and Pam Brown, the collective effort offers insight into the important work Indigenous-run cultural centres and museums in BC are doing to support their language, culture, and history. Five centres will be showcased representing six communities: Musqueam Cultural Education and Resource Centre (Musqueam), Squamish-Lil'wat Cultural Centre (Squamish, Lil'wat), Heiltsuk Cultural Education Centre (Heiltsuk), Nisga'a Museum (Nisga'a), and Haida Gwaii Museum (Haida).

The Museum of Vancouver (MOV), in partnership with Haida Gwaii Museum, presents a visual feast of innovation and tradition with new exhibition, Haida Now, on display from March 16, 2018 to June 15, 2019. Guest curated by Haida Curator Kwiaahwah Jones in collaboration with Viviane Gosselin, Co-curator and Director of Collections & Exhibitions at MOV, this exhibition features an unparalleled collection of Haida art boasting more than 450 works created as early as 1890. Local Haida Artists will share their insights and knowledge about the art pieces, providing visitors with the opportunity to experience a powerful way to engage with the worldview and sensibility of the Haida people while gaining appreciation for the role museums can play in the reconciliation movement.
