Situé au sud de l'île de Vancouver, le Circuit de randonnée West Coast est le plus connu de Colombie-Britannique. Les randonneurs du monde entier y affluent pour se mesurer à cette route côtière de 75 km, réputée pour sa beauté et pour les efforts physiques qu'elle impose.

Plages de sable, forêts tropicales et rugissement de l'océan Pacifique accompagneront les randonneurs le long de la côte de l'île de Vancouver. Les piscines d'eau de mer de la Plage botanique, située le long du Chemin marin Juan de Fuca, regorgent de vie marine, tandis que les vastes plages de sable du Parc provincial Naikoon s'étendent sur environ 100 km. Le Chemin de randonnée de Sunshine Coast permet aux randonneurs d'admirer l'océan et de profiter de la fraîcheur de l'environnement d'une forêt séculaire.

Contemplez les montagnes volcaniques aux teintes rouges, jaunes et orange depuis le justement nommé circuit de randonnée Rainbow Range de la côte Cariboo Chilcotin. Croisez les parois grises imposantes du circuit de randonnée Rockwall (dans le Parc national Kootenay). Les pics abrupts enneigés accueillent les visiteurs sur le chemin de randonnée Berg Lake du Mont Robson.
